We recently saw the end of an era with the retirement of Val Derrick as Franchisee at our Gloucester Road store.  Val was one of Miss Millie’s longest-serving team members, and had been Partner at Whiteladies Road before taking up her Gloucester Road duties.  She has been a key part of the company for a long time and we wish her all the best in her well-earned retirement.

We now welcome Dennis, Happy and Josson to Miss Millie’s. They have taken over as Joint Franchisees at Gloucester Road and we look forward to their long and fruitful involvement.

Congratulations too go to Karl John who has become the new Franchisee at Cowbridge Road East store in Cardiff.  For the past seven years Karl has been Partner at the store.
