You will need management experience ideally in catering. You must be a team leader, with excellent communication & customer service skills, enthusiasm and self motivation. You must be flexible, computer literate & have a driving licence.

Your responsibilities will include training, developing & motivating your team & developing the highest standards of customer service. You will also be responsible driving sales & maximising profitability, as well as adhering to Food Safety & H & S legislation.

Excellent salary and prospects (depending on previous experience and once training complete).
