Miss Millie's Fried Chicken is looking for

Managing Partners for locations in Bristol.

You will need management experience ideally in catering. You must be a team leader, with excellent communication and customer service skills, enthusiasm and self motivation. You must be flexible, computer literate & have a driving licence. 

Your responsibilities will include training, developing and motivating your team together with developing the highest standards of customer service. You will also be responsible driving sales and maximising profitability, as well as adhering to Food Safety and H&S legislation.

£28,000 plus (depending on previous experience and once training complete) plus BUPA Health care. Profit sharing Managing Partner with no upper limit.

Duty/Assistant Managers for locations in Bristol.
£19k

You will have catering experience in a management of supervisory role. You must be flexible & have a driving licence. You will be enthusiastic & self motivated with a desire to succeed.

You will assist the Managing Partner in all aspects of store management including driving sales, customer service, staff training, store paperwork & meeting company & food safety standards.
